Is anyone else over hearing about people’s “health changes”.
And everyone is a health expert too.
At the end of the day - you have the right to body autonomy and the right to NOT pursue health changes, especially from the advice of sidewalk doctors.
I came up with a list of cheeky responses for my clients -- so I thought I'd share the goods.
Take your pick, depending on your spice level.

Remember concern is kind.
honesty without kindness is just brutality.
Being concerned for someone’s weight gain without context is this as being proud of someone’s weight loss without context.
Not all weight gain is bad. Not all weight loss is good.
And remember - you don’t owe the world health.
